Admissions involve an online application via the Registrar, an interview with two representatives (Head of School and an Oxfordshire Community Church Pastor or a School Governor), a taster day, and provision of previous school reports and references. The application deadline for September enrolment is 15 January. Applications are prioritised according to the admissions criteria outlined in the Policies Page. An online pupil joining form and Partnership Agreement are required before start; a £75 (£90 including VAT) application fee is payable per applicant for pupils entering from Reception onwards; deposit of one month's fees by direct debit and submission of original identification.
Fees for 2025-26 are listed by year group and payable monthly by direct debit (around the 5th) or annually/termly by agreement. VAT of 20% applies from January 2025 where applicable. Reception sibling discount of 6% applies if you also have a child in Reception during 2025-26. 15 hours free childcare is available for 3-5 year olds; Nursery charges £7.15 per hour when not funded; Reception charges £8.58 per hour; there are monthly invoicing and a deposit policy; Nursery Education Funding can be used to cover childcare or split with another provider.
