Hollygirt is non-selective and accepts pupils with a wide range of academic aptitude and attainment. The school offers Year 7 Entrance Day and Scholarship Day with Academic Scholarship Testing and Creative Scholarships. The admissions process includes requesting a prospectus, booking a tour or Open Morning or Stay and Play visit, submitting a Registration form and fee, booking pupil taster days, obtaining a reference from the current school, and, if the reference is satisfactory and the school can meet the child’s needs, an offer of a place following acceptance and deposit.
Termly Fees 2025/2026 (Autumn, Spring and Summer): Kindergarten & Reception £4,671 per term; Year 1 & 2 £4,696 per term (includes lunches, milk/juice); Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 £5,005 per term (includes lunches, milk/juice, swimming); Year 7, 8 & 9 £5,970 per term; Year 10 & 11 £6,143 per term. GCSE and other external examination fees, English set texts, work experience and conference days are also listed. Registration fee £60; Deposit £500 to secure a place; New pupils receive a mobile phone pouch (£14.50 added to first invoice); One-off £60 per family to Friends of Hollygirt. Kindergarten funding: 30 free hours for eligible 3 and 4-year-olds in Kindergarten. Funding available from the term after the child turns 3.
