SEND Provision

Pupils identified as SEND or needing additional support are recorded on the SEND register as SEND support and receive targeted provision and interventions; Personal Growth Plans with targets are created and reviewed three times a year; One-Page Profiles are used; External services such as Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, ADHD/ ASD Team, Occupational Therapists, Visual/Hearing Impairment Team, Mental Health Support Team and School Nursing Team may be involved for individual children; In rare cases, multi-disciplinary assessment and Education Health and Care Plans may be considered.
