Admissions Criteria

PAN (Published Admission Number) 128 for Year 7. Oversubscription criteria when more applicants reach the required standard than places available: 1) Looked-after or previously looked-after children; 2) Applicants in the catchment area; 3) Applicants outside the catchment area. Within the second and third priority, preference to: a) Pupil Premium eligible children, b) Siblings of current pupils, c) Proximity to the school. If two or more applicants are equal in distance, places are allocated at random in the presence of a witness. Applicants must sit the Entrance Test; registration and testing windows are specified in the admissions policy.
