Breakfast Club runs from 7.45 am to 8.45 am; Places must be booked in advance; £2.50 per session without breakfast, £3.00 per session with breakfast (breakfast food provided is in line with The School Food Standards); bookings can be made via the online form or by emailing [email protected] or via the school office; bookings should be made by 12 noon the day before; payment should be in advance or on the day of attendance; the school reserves the right to withhold Breakfast Club provision if fees are not paid. After-school clubs are provided and run by teachers, teaching assistants and outside agencies, including G.R.O.W.S. (Gardening Rangers of Winchelsea School).

Admissions Criteria

School Admissions are co-ordinated through the Local Authority – Lincolnshire County Council. For Reception start in September 2026 the online application opens 17 November 2025 and closes nationally at midday on 15 January 2026; Lincolnshire’s final closing date for late applications is midday 12 February 2026, with admissions re-opening 16 April 2026 and closing 16 May 2026. For all other year groups, parents should contact the school office to check vacancies and then apply through the Lincolnshire County Council in-year co-ordination scheme. A birth certificate is required to verify age, and information on the admission form is for the school’s pupil database. Appeals are co-ordinated by the Local Authority. Transport eligibility for school travel may apply from 2 March (secondary offer day) or 16 April (primary offer day) once an offer is received. Further admissions documents are available via Lincolnshire County Council. If a place is refused, appeals are handled through the LA. Financial Information

Breakfast Club: £2.50 per session without breakfast; £3.00 per session with breakfast. Breakfast is provided in line with The School Food Standards. Places must be booked in advance. Payment in advance or on the day of attendance; the school may withhold Breakfast Club if fees are unpaid.
