Head Teacher Mrs Claire Cooke welcomes families to Folville, describing it as a vibrant, multicultural community where every child deserves a champion and where care and high expectations support pupil success.
Folville provides targeted SEND support including interventions such as Colourful Semantics and Lexia, and works closely with Leicester City services to access specialist expertise. Classrooms are adapted to support a wide range of needs, with additional adult support (one-to-one or small groups) through the SEND team, and a SEND Coordinator, ELSA and Family Support Team coordinating with families. For pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), provisions in the plan are implemented and professionals such as educational psychologists, autism outreach and speech and language therapists may be involved to meet evolving needs.
