Wrap-around care runs from 07:30 to 18:00. Early Morning Club is available before classroom doors open at 08:00 with no additional cost; basic breakfast (e.g., toast) is £1.00 per day. Starlight (after school care for Pre Prep - Nursery to Year 2) runs 15:00–18:00 at £4.00 per 30 minutes (and part thereof). After School Club (ASC) for Years 3–8 runs 16:15–18:00 at £4.00 per 30 minutes (and part thereof). Hot Tea is available daily for staying pupils between 16:30 and 17:30/18:00 at £3.00 per child per day.
Admissions involve registering with a non-refundable £100 registration fee, followed by assessments and taster days. Offers are made within two weeks of assessment. If a place is accepted, a non-refundable £1,000 entry deposit is required, of which £525 is credited against the first term’s fees and £475 is returned at the end of the pupil’s final term if leaving at the end of Year 6 or Year 8; the deposit is non-refundable if the acceptance is cancelled before joining York House.
2025-2026 Fees (per term, VAT inclusive): Nursery £4,405; Reception £5,547; Year 1 £6,114; Year 2 £6,511; Years 3-8 £7,391. Financial assistance via bursaries available for families experiencing financial hardship for pupils from Year 3 upwards. Registration deposit and terms apply as part of admissions.
