St Nicholas’ School is a unique, all-through independent day school for girls aged 3–16 and boys aged 3–7, with a strong emphasis on high academic achievement, pastoral care and a wide enrichment offer. The Headmistress, Dr Olwen Wright, highlights the school’s supportive community, broad curriculum and high GCSE results.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Wraparound care runs during term time from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Breakfast Club runs 7:30am–8:00am with hot or continental breakfast options; Early Birds run 8:00am–8:15am (in classroom); After School Club runs 4:00pm–6:00pm with various activities; Holiday Activity Weeks are offered during school holidays in partnership with Elite Holiday Clubs and Camp Beaumont; Some clubs may carry an additional charge.

Financial Information

Nursery fees (2025-26): Full day (7 hours) £80.50; Morning (3 hours) £34.50; Morning with lunch (4 hours) £46.00; Afternoon with lunch (4 hours) £46.00; Afternoon (3 hours) £34.50. Wraparound care: Breakfast Club (7:30am–8:00am) £5.00; Early Birds (8:00am–8:45am) £7.50; After School Club (3:45pm–6:00pm) £3.00 per hour. 15 hours of Early Years Education (EYE) funding available per week for Nursery until the term after the child’s 5th birthday. Registration £120; Deposit £500 (on acceptance).
