Sophia Ship, Acting Headteacher, notes that she also serves as a Governor to link the school’s strategic direction with day-to-day leadership, working with governors to support strategic planning, accountability and high standards for pupils, families and staff.

We have some wonderful spaces to hire. There are variety of size rooms including office spaces and a hall.

Curriculum Highlights

Reading Spine drives the curriculum topics and is central to learning, with key texts and themes revisited throughout the school. Daily extra-curricular clubs, residentials in years 4 and 6, and an overnight camping experience in year 2, plus opportunities to take part in sporting tournaments. Learn to play a musical instrument and participate in enterprise activities. Garden, caring for animals, enterprise projects and engaging in a range of cultural and outdoor learning experiences. The curriculum is text-led with a strong reading culture and use of a Reading Spine to connect learning across year groups.
