Head Teacher's Message

Welcome to Shorefields School. A maintained day special school for 159 pupils in North East Essex aged 3–19, with a wide range of needs including PMLD, SLD, ASC with LD, PNI and Complex Communication, Sensory and Physical Needs. The school is staffed by a highly skilled and dedicated team of teachers, assistants and therapists who work holistically to tailor education to each pupil; it emphasises respect and care, partnership with families, and aims for independence.
