All places are allocated by the Brighton and Hove City Council Admissions Team. Oversubscription priorities are: looked after children and previously looked after children; compelling medical or exceptional reasons; a sibling link; for junior schools: children attending a linked infant school; other children. The tie-break is distance from home to the nearest gate using the shortest road route; if distances are equal and only one place remains, allocation is random by computer.
