Admissions Criteria

Meadow Farm uses Derby City Council admissions. There is catchment area priority and a SEN/EHCP process different from the standard route. Applications are online (with a telephone option at 01332 642730) and paper applications available. For Reception 2026, applications could be made from 10 November 2025 with a closing online date of 15 January 2026; waiting lists are maintained until 31 July 2026. Most schools in Derby city have catchment area criteria and the school notes that this impacts admission offers.
