Welcome to Germander Park School's Website. Germander Park is an Infant school for Reception (from 4 years) to Year 2, located in Conniburrow near Campbell Park and Milton Keynes Shopping Centre. The school emphasizes nurturing pupils' academic and emotional needs, guided by four values (Respect, Responsibility, Reflection, Resilience). The staff work closely to keep children safe, engaged in learning, and to provide academic or emotional support as needed. The school welcomes parents and carers to visit during performances and to view their child’s work throughout the year.
Germander Park offers After School Provision (ACERS) and a breakfast club. Breakfast club runs daily at Southwood School, with breakfast options including cereals, toast, juice, and milk. Children can arrive from 8:00am and must be in school by 8:20am. Breakfast club costs £1.50 per day and children from Downs Barn and Germander Park are transported to their respective schools by minibus before the start of the school day. Registration is required, with advance booking through the school office (for Downs Barn or Germander Park) and no pre-booking needed for Southwood. Registration collects up-to-date contact, medical and dietary information. After school provision (ACERS) runs for nursery age through to year 6 at Southwood School, with transport by minibus when required and a variety of activities. Snack is provided between 4:00–4:30pm, and different collection timings apply (4:30–5:00pm; 5:00–5:30pm; 5:30–6:00pm; £10 late collection after 6pm). Booking is via the weekly ParentMail booking form or by phone with at least 24 hours notice (cancellations within 24 hours incur a £5 charge).
