Head Teacher's Message

Welcome from Headteacher Miss Lindsay Coates, describing Balliol as a welcoming school with a calm, purposeful learning environment, an ambitious curriculum and emphasis on British values, and a commitment to developing independent, confident, resilient lifelong learners.

Curriculum Highlights

Vocabulary, knowledge and skills are built upon through engaging learning opportunities, both within and beyond the classroom. An ambitious curriculum designed to support and challenge all children academically, physically, socially and emotionally.

SEND Provision

Balliol Primary is a fully inclusive school where every child is valued. Pupils with SEND may have needs in communication and interaction, cognition and learning, social, mental and emotional health, or sensory and/or physical. The Local Offer and Early Help are referenced, and the SENCO leads support via initial concerns and referrals to appropriate services.
