A warm welcome to Southridge First School. We are a non-selective Local Authority First School for children aged 3 to 9 years (Nursery to Year 4) in Beaumont Park, Whitley Bay. We are a welcoming and caring school with high expectations; every child matters.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Breakfast Club runs every morning from 7.45-8.40am in the school hall with drop-off at the main school office. Afterschool care is available from 3.20-6pm throughout the school year. Holidays club runs from 7.45am-6pm during school holidays (excluding Christmas) for children aged 2-9, with regular trips and activities. Pre-Nursery care offers full-time daily childcare for children aged 18-24 months, open 50 weeks of the year (closed for Christmas) from 7.45am-6pm.
