"Respect and Pride"
Stanningley Primary School is an inclusive school where we focus on well-being and progress for every child. The Equality Act 2010 is referenced as guiding principles, with protected characteristics woven through the PSHE curriculum and British Values. The school is also pursuing the Cultural Cohesion Quality Mark, emphasising diversity, belonging, and tackling inequality.
Headteacher Ben Farrar welcomes visitors to a welcoming and caring school where every child is valued, high expectations are held for both academic and personal growth, and staff work to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
The school identifies pupils with SEND proactively and provides high-quality provision across the curriculum. It works closely with Bramley Cluster Children and Family Services and local agencies to access a range of services, including therapeutic support such as Counselling and Art Therapy, to meet social, emotional, and academic needs.
