Ashbrow School promotes fundamental British values and SMSC in line with the government Prevent strategy. It emphasises democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs. SEND Provision

The school’s SENCO is Farrah Holmes. Provision includes Quality First Teaching, targeted intervention groups, involvement of outside agencies (e.g., Speech and Language Therapy, Educational Psychologist, ETHOS/ETHOS Outreach, Sensory Service, CAMHS), and development of ANPs and Provision Maps with termly reviews. Progress is monitored through termly pupil progress meetings and annual reviews for EHCPs, with governance oversight of SEND.
