We encourage a healthy lifestyle which seeks to equip individuals to make a full and active contribution to society. We provide the best available teaching expertise and learning experiences with high expectations of achievement and behaviour. We develop self-esteem, self-confidence and positive attitudes. We provide an inclusive, broad, balanced, fun and creative curriculum, which incorporates a variety of learning styles to prepare children to be active citizens.

Head Teacher's Message

Headteacher Mrs S. Azhar emphasises removing barriers to learning, close collaboration with families, and delivering outstanding outcomes; the school motto conveyed is “Work together to succeed in life.”

Curriculum Highlights

The school meets statutory obligations by using the National Curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Rights Respecting Schools (RRS) are used to enhance the curriculum. Specialist teachers and high-quality CPD are prioritised to improve subject delivery. Subject leaders identify areas for improvement using evidence-based strategies (e.g., EEF guidance). Curriculum aims to develop cultural capital and ensure pupils are confident, respectful and resilient. Long-Term Planning and Subject Overviews are provided for multiple subjects (English, Maths, Art, DT, French, History, Geography, Science, Computing, Music, PE, PSHRE, RE). The curriculum prepares pupils to be active British citizens with rights and responsibilities.
