Head Teacher's Message

Mr Charles, Head Teacher, has a background as a structural engineer and served in Bangladesh with VSO before teaching. He joined Bethany School in 2001 and was appointed Headteacher in 2021. He expresses a commitment to meeting families and serving the school community.

Admissions Criteria

Bethany School has an open admissions policy which means that we do not select our pupils with reference to faith, ability, aptitude or on the ability of the family to fully fund a place at Bethany School. Visits to the school can be arranged; an informal meeting with two Governors is held; if a place is offered, entry is decided at a Governors Meeting following a home visit.
