Reception places: For September 2026 start, apply by 15 January 2026 online via Barnsley Council. In-year admissions: apply via Common Transfer Form to the Admissions Team in the Local Authority. Where there are more applications than places, the published oversubscription criteria in the admission arrangements for that year will be applied. You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel if your application is unsuccessful. Applicants will be informed of the outcome in writing by the Local Authority as soon as possible, within 15 school days of receipt (aim to notify within 10 school days).
