Curriculum Highlights

Three curriculum pathways: Sensory Pathway; Life Skills Pathway; Aiming for Independence Pathway. Multi-sensory curriculum enabling access for all students (including PMLD). Curriculum principles based on the Early Years Framework, The National Curriculum and Entry Level Accreditations (adapted for access). Admissions Criteria

Hope School and College is a SEN specialist provision for pupils aged 2-19 with severe and complex needs. The Local Authority (Wigan) is the admitting authority; all admitted pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan. Admissions are determined by the Local Authority in consultation with the Headteacher, and criteria are reviewed by the Local Authority.

Financial Information

Dinner money is £13.50 per week (£2.70 per day). Packed lunches can be arranged; Free School Meals information is available.
