Headteacher Mr Jonathan Whitfield welcomes visitors and highlights that Nevill Road Infant School offers places from 2 years old with wrap around care from 7:30am–6pm. The curriculum is designed to inspire learning, develop independence and resilience, and foster a love of learning within an inclusive, nurturing environment where every moment matters.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

NRIS Wrap Around Care provides before and after school care for children in both the Infant and Junior schools. Breakfast Club opens at 7:30am and closes at 8:30am, with food options including cereals, toast, bagels, brioche, fruit and yogurts. Please note that the food service stops at 8:15am, and the last drop off time for parents is 8:25am. Breakfast Club for children in Little Brown Bears, Nursery and Reception can be located in the Little Brown Bears room. After School Club is located in the infant school hall for Little Brown Bears, Nursery and Reception, and in the canteen at Nevill Road Junior School for Year 1 to Year 6. On arrival at After School Club children are given a drink and snack, such as vegetable sticks and dip, wraps with a choice of filling, bread sticks, and fruit. There is an extensive range of toys, games and puzzles for the children to enjoy as well as outdoor play, crafts and baking, and a film is shown most nights.
