Admissions Criteria

Forward As One Multi Academy Trust is named as admissions authority. Children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) naming the school are admitted before others. Looked After and Previously Looked After children retain the highest oversubscription priority. The sibling criterion includes half-siblings and step-siblings. A single faith-based criterion uses two bands (Band A for regular Church of England worship and Band B for lesser attendance) with evidence required via Supplementary Information Form; distance from the school is the final oversubscription criterion. The policy also notes that the medical and social needs criterion is tightened and tie-breaks are by independent random allocation.
