As part of the Manchester Diocese family, St Mary’s promotes Jesus' promise from John 10:10 'life in all it’s fullness' and its vision is rooted in Ephesians 3:17-19. Admissions Criteria

Reception intake is 15. Admissions to other year groups are managed by the school office. Open Days are offered. To apply for Reception 2026, parents must apply through their local council's online e-admissions portal (Bury Council). The 2026 Reception application window opens in September 2025 and closes in January 2026. Offer Day is in April 2026. An Admissions Policy document is available.
