Admissions Criteria

Old Hill Primary follows the Sandwell MBC admissions process as a member of the Rowley Learning Trust. It is a one-form entry school with full-time and part-time nursery places. It offers free 15-hour nursery places for children aged 3 and over, with Nursery AM 8:45am–11:45am and Nursery PM 12:15pm–3:15pm. For eligible families, 30-hour nursery places are available at a weekly fee of £10. If interested in the 30-hour offer, eligibility can be checked via the provided links and a Register of Interest form can be requested from the school. Mid-year transfers require an application via Sandwell MBC or the current school. Reception admissions go through Sandwell Admissions and an induction meeting is offered if a place is offered.

Financial Information

Meal price: £2.70 per day. Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals. Nursery 30-hour places have a weekly fee of £10 (30-hour offer). 15-hour nursery is free for eligible 3‑year-olds. A packed lunch is available; nuts should be avoided in packed lunches due to allergies.
