Inclusive Learning for Every Child. We are committed to removing barriers to learning and providing personalised support so that all pupils can reach their full potential. The Inclusion Manager works with families, staff, and local specialists to identify needs early and provide tailored support. Support available includes small group or one-to-one assistance, targeted interventions such as 'Bucket Time' and Speech and Language Therapy sessions, access to sensory resources and regulation strategies, and access to external professionals (e.g., speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, occupational therapists) when applicable.
