Wraparound Care

After-School Care: Yes

We offer wraparound care on-site, with coaches providing a range of activities in addition to various sports. Sessions can be booked on a regular or ad-hoc basis for children in Reception upwards. Our wraparound partners, Sport4Kids, also run Holiday clubs here at Stanley.

SEND Provision

At Stanley Primary School, we work in partnership with a range of professionals in order to support children with SEND. Currently, directly funded by the school: Additional Educational Psychology Service input to provide a higher level of service to the school. Educational Psychology Service. Paid for centrally by the Local Authority but delivered in school: Sensory Service for children with visual or hearing needs. Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy (provided by Health but paid for by the Local Authority). Provided and paid for by the Health Service (Richmond NHS Trust) but delivered in school: School Nurse. In addition, the SENDCOs can make referrals to: The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)/EHS; Social Care Services; Early Intervention Support Services from the local authority – AfC.
