Bancroft’s entry is at 7+, 11+, and 16+. Registration involves a non-refundable registration fee (£150, inclusive of VAT). Admissions for 7+ include on-site entrance assessments (Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning) and English assessments, with further English assessment on a separate day. For 11+, applicants sit entrance assessments (Maths, English, Non-Verbal/Reasoning) and an interview; sample papers are provided for Maths and 11+ practice. For 16+ (Sixth Form), entry is based on an online aptitude test plus up to three subject exams and an interview; Music Award auditions may be part of the process. Offers are made following assessments and interviews, with references from the current school considered; an offer holder may be invited to an offer holder morning.
