Crystal Kids offers before/after school care (term time only) with a Breakfast Club from 7:30am until the start of the school day and an After School Club until 6:10pm. There is also Crystal Kids Holiday Club provision during Easter and Summer holidays. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis with a waiting list managed by Crystal Kids. Fees include £10 for Breakfast Club and £20 for After School Club, payable in advance via School Gateway or childcare vouchers. New Reception intake includes information about 30 hours free childcare; spaces are limited by staffing. Applications are emailed to [email protected] and places, if available, are booked via the School Gateway system.
Early Help offers 1:1 or group emotional support focusing on self-esteem, behaviour and relationships; attendance support; parent workshops; assistance with paperwork (housing, food vouchers) and signposting to services; liaison with external services (Educational Wellbeing Practitioner, Family Support, Educational Psychology) as needed; overseen by the SENDCO and Headteacher.
You must apply for a primary school place one year before starting. Reception is for September of the school year in which the child becomes five. Applications are to the local authority (Kingston) via eAdmissions; the deadline for September 2026 is 15 January 2026. An additional supplementary form may be required if the family has worshipped at St Matthew’s Church regularly. In-year transfers should contact Kingston Admissions. Breakfast Club: £10.00 (term time only, 7:30am start). After School Club: £20.00 (end of school day to 6:10pm). All places must be paid in advance via School Gateway or childcare vouchers.
