Welcome from the Headteacher: King Athelstan Primary School is a two-form entry, community primary school near the centre of Kingston upon Thames. It provides education for children from 2 to 11 years and offers Kingston Town Children’s Centre on site, with a vibrant modern learning environment and specialist facilities such as an art/cookery room, a music room and a library, underpinned by high expectations, an inclusive curriculum, and a commitment to partnership with families.
Inclusion Team coordinates and oversees provision for pupils who require additional support for a variety of reasons. We work with professionals from outside agencies, including Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Social Workers, alongside parents/carers, to ensure a cohesive package of support for children and their families.
