Fortismere provides SEND provision through the LINC department with a focus on ensuring an inclusive, high-quality learning environment. Provisions include small group literacy and numeracy support, targetted interventions (e.g., ReadingWise, That Reading Thing), speech and language support, handwriting and motor skills support, and autism-related social skills programs. Specialist services involve teachers of the deaf, VI specialists, speech and language therapists, and dyslexia teachers. The school holds the SEND Inclusion Award 2025-2028 and provides various SEND policies and information, including an SEN Information Report and a SEND policy. Fortismere is a Foundation School and its Governing Board is the Admissions Authority.
