The Catholic life of St Edmund's school is rich in opportunities for children to encounter God. Our Catholic faith is central to the day to day life of our school, and pupils are encouraged to put their faith into practice in their own lives. There are opportunities for children to experience different ways of praying throughout the school day, including liturgies and assemblies; children regularly prepare and participate in masses in small groups and as year groups; each classroom has a prayer table; each year group has its own Saint with feast day celebrations; the school life is grounded in Catholic faith and Laudato Si principles.
Welcoming message from Headteacher Mr Daniel Abrahams emphasising the Catholic ethos, high expectations, and the importance of home–school partnership to help every child reach their full potential spiritually, morally and academically.
