Curriculum Highlights

Phonics taught with Twinkl Phonics; five phonics lessons per week. Reading is central to the curriculum with daily reading and weekly reading mornings with parents. Regular library visits and opportunities to read a wide range of books. WOW events in KS1 such as explorers day, ice sculptures and a snail conference. Parental involvement through workshops on phonics, writing, reading comprehension and maths. After-school clubs and activities to develop skills and talents.
