Three curriculum pathways: Pre-formal, Semi-formal and Formal Assessment at this level is carried out using Welsh Routes for Learning (WRfL) and other assessment frameworks across pathways Semi-formal pathway uses PIVATS and EQUALS, with Attention for Learning approach Formal pathway uses National Curriculum subjects adapted to meet individual needs, supported by EQUALS schemes of work and various literacy, numeracy and communication frameworks STARRS (Student Tracking, Assessment, Recording and Reporting System) with MAPP dimensions: independence, fluency, maintenance and generalisation
