Bevington follows the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s Ordinarily Available Provision guidance and is committed to ensuring every child, including those with SEND, can succeed. Our inclusive approach includes Quality First Teaching, a graduated approach (Assess, Plan, Do, Review), and regular involvement of families in target setting and progress reviews.

Admissions Criteria

Nursery admissions are managed directly by the school. Nursery place allocations follow: (1) Children who already attend Bevington Nursery and are not yet in Reception; (2) Looked After Children; (3) Children of permanent Bevington staff; (4) Siblings of pupils currently attending Bevington Primary School; (5) Age of the child (older children given priority).

Financial Information

Nursery fees and funding options: A – 30hr funded + top-up £200; B – 15hr funded + top-up £1,500; C – 15hr free (rising 3s). Wraparound care (before and after school) runs from 7.45am to 5.45pm with: Nursery & Reception Full Session 3 (3.20pm-5.45pm) £15.00; Half Session 1 (3.20pm–4.30pm) £8.00; Half Session 2 (4.30pm-5.45pm) £8.00. Years 1–6 Half Session 1 £7.50; Half Session 2 £7.50; Full Session £14.00 (all include a light meal). Meals: Nursery meals not included (£2.75 per day / £13.75 per week); Reception–Year 6 meals are currently free of charge. Mid-morning snacks are provided free of charge. Breakfast Club costs: Nursery & Reception £2.00 per session; Years 1–6 £1.50 per session.
