Curriculum Highlights

Our curriculum is based on a themed approach and every lesson and every experience is tailored towards ensuring that every pupil succeeds. Pupils have a set of 'pupil priorities', that all school staff promote throughout the year. For 2025/26, these are: Being the best I can; Being a reader; Living the Addison Values. There are strong partnerships with parents and numerous themed days, such as International Days and World Book Day, which contribute to learning and well-being. The curriculum aims to help all pupils succeed and develop as confident, caring individuals.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Breakfast Club runs before school starting at 7:45am. Play Centre opens at 3:10pm and runs until 6:00pm. Fees: Playcentre £10.50 per session; Breakfast Club £3.00 per session. Payment is via Parent Pay and must be made in advance. Activities include a range of activities such as art, cooking, sports and hall games.

SEND Provision

Speech and Language Therapy is provided in-school via Central London Community Healthcare. The Dyslexia Teaching Centre (DTC) and Inspire provide dyslexia support. Catch Up Literacy and Catch Up Numeracy are implemented as 15-minute interventions twice weekly. Occupational Therapy (OT) is available. A sensory room supports pupils' needs.
