Welcome to Hawley Primary School. We are proud of our exciting curriculum, our eager learners and our community. We aim to deliver a creative, thematic curriculum that connects learning to real experiences, supports lifelong learners, and values partnership with families and the governing body. We are excited to grow in partnership with Eleanor Palmer as we continue to develop our school.
Clubs
Sports
Breakfast Club runs 8:00-8:50am and costs £3.50 per day; includes a healthy breakfast (toast, bagels and cereals). Magic Breakfast provides free breakfasts for eligible Camden families. After School Clubs run termly with varying activities; registration/details are handled via the school office.
Camden Local Authority admissions. Places are offered in descending order to: 1) Children with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP); 2) Looked-after children or those who were looked-after but are no longer; 3) Children with a sibling at Hawley who is on roll at the time of application; 4) Children with an exceptional medical or social need for a place at the school; 5) Children whose parent is a qualified teacher or teaching assistant at Hawley for two years or more; 6) Other children, with priority given to those living closest to the school.
All Reception to Year 6 pupils can get school meals for free (funded by the government). Nursery meals cost £2.81 daily unless eligible for Free School Meals. Free School Meals eligibility is assessed by Camden; if eligible, you keep the eligibility from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030. Applications for Free School Meals should be made online via Camden.
