Head Teacher's Message

Welcome to Hugglescote Community Primary School. The school is a member of the Symphony Learning Trust since 1 September 2025. It aims to provide a warm welcome and high standards across academic, creative, technological, sporting and social achievement within a thriving community.

Curriculum Highlights

Reading lies at the heart of our curriculum, with reading viewed as crucial to future success. We use the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds phonics scheme. Our curriculum aims to develop oracy skills and the confidence to present fluently to different audiences. The curriculum emphasises personal development, including good physical and mental health. The school prides itself on a warm and welcoming community in the heart of the local area and teaches the history of the local community.
