A warm welcome from Headteacher Mr R. Marshall. Oak Cottage is a Local Authority maintained school for children aged 3 to 11 with wrap-around provision called Oak Cottage Acorns. There are approximately 240 children, in single age classes of 30. The last Ofsted report (Sept 2019) judged the school to be Outstanding, and the staff, parents and pupils are described as proud of the school and its family-like environment.
Before school Breakfast Club 7:30–8:50; After School Club 3:30–6:00; Nursery wrap around 12:00–3:30
Nursery admissions are managed by the school office. Children can be admitted to Nursery in the term after they turn 3, with offers in September, January and April; if the September term is full, offers cannot be made in January or April.
