Admissions Criteria

Foundation Stage 1 (Nursery) admissions: Places for 3 and 4 year olds. The earliest a child can start is the term after their 3rd birthday. The school offers both the 30 hours extended funding and the universal 15 hours of free education. Parents/carers may choose mornings, afternoons or full days and pay for top-up sessions and lunch times, subject to places being available on a first come, first served basis. The date the application was received and the age of the child will be taken into consideration when places are allocated. All places are allocated at the discretion of the Head Teacher. To place your child’s name on our Foundation Stage 1 (Nursery) list please contact the School Office or download an application form from the link at the bottom of the page and return to the school. The term before your child is due to start in our setting we will contact you to offer your son or daughter a place. We will then arrange for you to visit our Foundation Stage 1 Unit, along with your son or daughter for a pre-admission meeting. This will give you the opportunity to meet the staff and ask any questions and alleviate any worries you may have. Should you require any further information on either the 15 hour free nursery entitlement or our top up session prices please contact the School Office.
