SEND Provision

Poole High School is an inclusive mainstream 11–19 school with a dedicated SEND team, Learning Support and Inclusion Department, and a system of supporting SEND needs including exam access arrangements; the school is wheelchair accessible with seven toilets adapted for use by people with physical disabilities; it serves a wide range of SEND including Autism (ASC), Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia), Speech and Language Difficulties, Physical Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties; senior SENDco and Deputy SENDco manage transition, reviews and liaison with parents.
