Before and after-school provision

SEND Provision

The SEND team coordinates support for children with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities, works with external agencies (such as Educational Psychology Service, Speech and Language Therapy, NHS hub, Hearing Impairment Service, Visual Impairment Service, Autistic Spectrum specialists, etc.), and supports the writing of Learning Plans. Teachers are responsible for progress, differentiated teaching is provided, and the school maintains a coordinated approach through the SENDCO and Assistant SENDCOs. Staff receive safeguarding and SEN updates, and referrals are logged and monitored. The school transitions between year groups and between schools for mid-year transfers.
