"TEAM CHAPELHILL - STRIVING TOGETHER FOR EXCELLENCE"
Welcome from the Interim Headteacher. The message describes Chapelhill as a warm, inclusive school community where children are inspired to learn, supported to succeed, and encouraged to believe in themselves. It notes a broad and balanced curriculum, a safe and happy environment, strong partnerships with parents, and an ethos built on respect, kindness and ambition, with an invitation to visit the school.
Chapelhill admits children from pre-school (age 2.5) to Year 6. The pupil admission number (PAN) is 30 per year group. Pre-school admissions are coordinated internally by the school; Foundation 2 to Year 6 admissions are managed by Wirral Council (the Wirral coordinated primary admissions scheme). Admission criteria include: Looked After Children; children who live in the school’s catchment with older siblings in the school; children who live in catchment with a valid medical reason; and children who live in catchment and are nearest to the school. For out-of-catchment places, priority is given to those with older siblings at the school, with valid medical reasons, or nearest distance to the school.
