Head Teacher's Message

Welcome from Headteacher Mr Mark Sheehan. The school emphasises a bespoke, challenging curriculum, warmth, high expectations and the motto 'Inspiring the young minds of today, for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.'

SEND Provision

Identifying and supporting pupils with SEND through observations, school-based tests, progress data, information from parents and carers, information from the pupil, specialised assessments carried out by the school’s support services/SENDCO (e.g., YARC, Vanderbilt, CAST/ASSQ), information from previous schools, end-of-key-stage results, discussions with adults who work with the pupil, and information from doctors; all in line with the 2015 SEN Code of Practice.

Admissions Criteria

Reception places are offered by Birmingham City Council (the Local Authority); In-Year admissions are possible; Open Days in autumn; The Elliot Foundation Admission Arrangements apply.
