Admissions Criteria

Admissions involve registering and submitting a formal application with documents (passport, birth certificate, latest school report). Entrance exams include GCSE English and Maths with GL Assessment; international students on the GCSE 2-year course do not require a minimum IELTS, but the 1-year GCSE course requires IELTS 5.5. For A Level, international students require IELTS 6.5. Day students must take an entrance exam for all four A Level subjects and GCSE results must include six A*/A grades including English; interviews are held for all applicants; international students must employ a guardian; a deposit is required if offered a place; visa processing (CAS) begins from May for international students. Pre-arrival information is provided in April in two parts, and results are shared prior to arrival.

Fees shown include: Registration Fee UK/EU Boarders £216; International Boarders £300. Acceptance Deposit UK/EU £3000; International £9500. A Level Boarding £72000 (total). Day Fees: Registration £216; Acceptance Deposit £500; Second year top-up £500; A Level Day £30120; GCSE Day £34560. There is also a 2025-26 pre-sessional course (£5490). Fees are invoiced bi-annually and include various inclusions/exclusions as specified on the Fees pages.
