Special Educational Needs (SEN) is implemented through a 3-tiered model: Wave 1 Universal Support (inclusive teaching with flexible grouping, precise instruction, and scaffolding); Wave 2 Targeted Support (group-based interventions); Wave 3 Specialist Support (working with external professionals such as SaLT or Educational Psychologist, possibly EHCPs). We are a non-selective and fully-inclusive community school. Pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) will be given special consideration based on their plan, and Looked After Children will also have priority admission. After these, priority is given to siblings of current pupils, and then children based on straight line distance. In-year admissions are handled via a Southwark Council in-year form. Nursery admissions can be made directly to the school.
