Integrity Love Ambition Courage Belief

The West Grantham Church of England Secondary Academy is a Church of England voluntary aided secondary school with a distinctive Christian ethos. It has an Academy Chaplain, offers daily reflection during tutor time and weekly Collective Worship, and promotes understanding of and respect for other faiths. Gospel values are at the heart of the school, which fosters inclusion and maintains links with local churches and the wider community.

Executive Principal Clare Barber states pride in West Grantham and outlines a mission to provide outstanding provision for all pupils, emphasising a family-like environment, a broad and balanced curriculum, safety and challenge, and Christian values guiding every decision.
