Head Teacher's Message

Headteacher Mrs J Grice welcomes visitors and outlines a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. She emphasises high expectations, partnerships with parents, and the ambition to be an outstanding, inspirational school where pupils are encouraged to excel and feel valued.

Curriculum Highlights

The curriculum is designed to develop inquisitive, independent thinkers with a love of learning. The curriculum aims to provide excellent education in a safe, calm, creative, inclusive and stimulating environment. British values are introduced, discussed and lived out through the ethos and work of the school. The curriculum progresses from Nursery to Year 6 with a 2-year cycle of learning in a 1.5-entry primary model. The school emphasises growth mindset, responsibility, independence and life-long learning.

SEND Provision

SEND provision is led by the SENDCo (Mrs J Read) with Deputy DSLs; areas of need include communication and interaction, cognition and learning, social, mental and emotional health, and sensory and physical needs; the school provides access to the SEND Information Report and Local Offer, WAVE SEND Provision Whole School Overview, and Foxyards Whole School Provision Map 2025, alongside the Academy Accessibility Plan 2024-2027.
