"We strive to follow Christ’s example to always do our best"
As a Catholic school, St Wilfrid’s plays a key role in the faith formation of every child. From the moment a child joins, they become active members of a Catholic community. The mission statement is to follow Christ’s example to always do our best, Christ is at the centre of all we do, and we champion British Values while living Gospel Values and Virtues. Pupils participate in Catholic Life with enthusiasm, taking on roles such as leading Collective Worship, writing bidding prayers, fundraising for those in need, and learning about other faiths with respect.
A very warm welcome to St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School. Christ is at the centre of all we do. Our mission is to follow Christ’s example to always do our best. We are part of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company and work to be 'Strong in Faith'. The Executive Head Teacher is Mrs H. Milligan and the Head of School is Mrs L. Husted.
The admissions process is part of the Birmingham local authority coordinated scheme. The ethos of the school is Catholic; the school was founded by the Catholic Church and is conducted by its Governing Body as part of the Catholic Church. The policy is available to view, and the school states that non-Catholic families may apply and be considered for a place.
