Cullingworth Village Primary School follows Bradford's Local Offer for SEND. The school describes a graduated approach to supporting pupils with SEND using Assess, Plan, Do and Review. Staff assess pupils in class, the SENDCo and external agencies help identify needs and strengths, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) are produced with SMART targets, pupils receive targeted interventions in school, ILPs are reviewed each term, and external agencies may be involved as needed. The SENDCo is Mrs Dewhirst, and the Information Report reflects Bradford’s Local Offer.
